What is the ATSS?

The ATSS, a registered charity (Charity number 1072522), is a voluntary group of teachers who have joined together to further the interests of Social Science teaching in secondary schools, Colleges and Teacher Training courses in Higher Education. Composed mainly of Sociologists, the ATSS also includes teachers of Psychology, Politics and Economics amongst its members. The Association also has close links with similar organisations such as British Sociological Association.

Our fantastic journal has now become electronic
It will keep up the high standard of content for all your teaching needs but will now be in a format you can download.  Details of the journal:

 

·        First issue (Volume 39, Number 1) out now with a whopping 46 pages!

·        Three issues out a year.

·        Colourful, attractive design layout for the articles.

·        Written by experienced teachers and lecturers, ready to use for the classroom in a  way   students will understand

·        Can be saved in pdf format to print off the pages you want.
